To listen to cases as they are being argued before a panel, click on the case calendar for that session and then on the Listen link for that panel. Audio files for each case are posted on the Listen to Oral Arguments page the following day.
The identity of the panel assigned to hear argument pursuant to IOP 34.1 is not disclosed until the morning of argument.
