On the 245th Anniversary of American Independence, 30 candidates from 23 countries will officially became citizens of the United States of America during a naturalization ceremony on July 4, 2021, in Richmond, Virginia. The ceremony is hosted by by the Virginia Museum of History and Culture, in coordination with the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services. The Honorable Roger L. Gregory, Chief Judge of the United States Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit, will preside over the ceremony and administer the Oath of Allegiance.
