The court will not hold in-person oral arguments during its December 7-11, 2020, argument session. Cases scheduled for argument during that session will be heard by videoconference or teleconference as directed by the panel assigned to the case. Counsel will receive further notice from the court regarding proceedings in their case.

The identity of the panel is disclosed on the morning of argument. A live audio-stream of the argument will be available from a Listen link on the argument calendar.
