The hourly rates for CJA representation increase from $140 to $148 for non-capital cases and from $188 to $190 in capital cases for work performed on or after February 15, 2019. Case compensation maximums for appellate representations increase from $7,800 to $8,200 and from $2,300 to $2,500, according to case type, for representations completed on or after February 15, 2019.
