CJA counsel are not required to pay PACER fees or court copy fees in CJA cases, and such fees are therefore not reimbursable under the CJA. Counsel should contact the PACER Service Center at pacer@psc.uscourts.gov to have their CJA privileges added to their PACER account. The district court’s PACER docket and electronic documents are accessible through a link to the district court docket from the appellate docket. The “Create appendix” option for running a PACER docket report enables counsel to select which documents to include in the appendix.
