Media representatives with reserved seating must check in at the Butzner En Banc Courtroom (Room 201) by 1:30 p.m. or your reserved seat will be subject to release.

Media representatives who have received advance permission from the court to bring equipment into the courthouse to access C-Span's shared feed through an on-site XLR connection, rather than remotely, must arrive in time to complete their set-up by 1:00 p.m. Media representatives may use their electronic equipment only for the purpose of airing the live audio feed; other uses are prohibited. Use of electronic devices in all courtrooms is prohibited.
Public Gatherings:  
Press conferences, media interviews and other public gatherings must be conducted off the Courthouse property and Courthouse steps and must not impede public access to the Courthouse.
Satellite Vehicles: Satellite vehicles may park on both sides of 10th Street between Main and Bank Streets
